My bio
I opened Fluro’s doors in 2008, having worked my way up through creative agencies. My father ran agencies back in the day, so it’s in my blood. A degree of entrepreneurial spirit must have rubbed off.
It’s a cliché, I know, but this agency is genuinely all about the people. As a small team, it’s easy to upset the balance so we employ as much on personality and fit as well as skill set. There’s very little hierarchy here and definitely no politics. Just hardworking, accountable people, pulling together to get the job done.
Fluro’s growth and progression, its core of creativity and the challenge of new business keeps the fire burning bright. Our genuine ability to blow apart a business problem and then put it back together with a brave and extraordinary, creative solution puts a smile our clients’ face and gets me out of bed in the morning.
