They needed help getting their marketing comms in shape
Unlike their health-conscious members, the Marlow Club was expanding. With nearly 3,500 members already, they were undergoing a huge development programme to upgrade their facilities and equipment.
The club needed a hands-on agency partner to keep existing members up to date with the exciting new developments, while also aiming to attract new ones despite the disruptive works being carried out. No sweat!
With our bold ‘We’re shaping up’ campaign line, we used timeline posters to highlight the building transformation stages for members. To apologise for the dust and noise, we created vinyls, leaflets and coasters.
To attract new members, we used referral campaigns, social media videos and, later, even inflatable doughnuts (don’t ask). When the work was finally completed, we held a relaunch event with the local media in attendance.
One of the best ways of judging the success of a campaign is if the client comes back for more. The Marlow Club were so delighted with Fluro’s relaunch campaign that they asked us to create ongoing quarterly campaigns for them, featuring everything from social media to direct mail.
