Student life used to have a reputation for being all bean bags and beans on toast, but True Student’s innovative concept has certainly changed that. Attracting students from across the globe, their exclusive accommodation boasts a huge range of spaces to study, exercise, relax and socialise. As well as foodie experiences, games nights and personal trainers, students can even take advantage of life coaches. (Phew, yes they do also have bars!)
Fluro were appointed to bring the sophisticated True Student brand to life with a brand book, event posters, social media posts, internal comms and other marketing collateral. The feel of the campaign was ‘urban premium’, perfectly reflecting the quality of the accommodation it was promoting and the bold look and tone gave students a real sense of empowerment.
Fluro is developing a rapidly-growing portfolio in the education sector, having created a string of successful campaigns for colleges, universities and private tutor groups. Not only are we building an enviable reputation in this area, we’d like to think talking to students helps keep us young.
A campaign aimed at students needs to be brave and full of cut-through. If their grandparents don’t like it, so much the better.
