Account Manager

Bourne End SL8, Buckinghamshire

Fluro are looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our experienced team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a busy, growing agency that’s making a real name for itself with some brilliant clients such as Softcat, Microsoft Gold Partners, Zebra Technologies, Mammut and Monty Bojangles to name a few.

Friendly and highly organised, you’re confident to communicate creative ideas with clients and within the studio. Not afraid to muck in, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple client projects across branding and digital.

While you’ll support the Account Director, you’ll also be responsible for some of your own accounts and projects. Because you’ll be driving projects from beginning to end, you’ll need to be a self-starter who can confidently manage clients, stick to deadlines, and ask questions. Good, clear communication skills are paramount when dealing with clients and the internal team.

In short: we need a self-starter who is process driven and bursting with ideas, with the business sense and organisation skills to see projects through.

 

What we’re after

  • 3+ years experience in a creative agency client services role
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing projects in a range of different channels including; branding, emails, social posts (paid and organic), website, print, video, campaign roll out, event stands and collateral, whitepapers, presentations etc.
  • Skilled in project management
  • Proficient in taking briefs independently and see them through a studio to execution
  • Team player that’ll fit into our collaborative team
  • Ambitious self-starter

  • Clear verbal and written communicator
  • An active interest in keeping up to date with trends and social media, with a love for all that’s new and innovative

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Account Director and manage campaigns and projects from conception to completion, including campaign reporting
  • Have a clear and highly organised process for managing large workloads
  • Write client proposals and define a creative brief
  • Project manage and plan workload through the studio
  • Manage and take responsibility for the profitability of client’s accounts through effective financial planning and monthly invoicing
  • A general thirst for digital knowledge/marketing and a significant interest in new platforms and channels, experience in social media management, PPC, SEO would be a plus!
  • Look critically at work coming out of the studio to ensure it hits the brief from the clients requirements and quality checked to be seen to be coming from Fluro.
